Soul Mission Studio is a subbrand of Xina Space LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company serving brands worldwide. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase of digital products or services offered through it.

2. Products and Services

Soul Mission Studio offers:

• Squarespace Website Templates — pre-designed, customizable digital template files for use on the Squarespace platform

• Design and Copywriting Services — custom brand, web, and copy services offered on a project basis

• Free Resources — quizzes, guides, and other complimentary digital content

Products may also be purchased through third-party marketplaces including Etsy and Creative Market. Purchases made through those platforms are additionally subject to their respective terms of service.

3. Digital Products — License Grant

Upon completing a purchase and receiving payment in full, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the purchased template(s) subject to the following conditions:

You MAY:

• Use the template to build one (1) live Squarespace website for yourself or one client

• Customize the template's design, content, colors, fonts, and layout

• Use the finished website for commercial purposes (to promote and sell your own services or products)

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the template files to any third party

• Use the template to create your own template products for resale

• Claim authorship or ownership of the original template design

• Upload or make the template files available on any file-sharing platform, marketplace, or repository

• Use the template for more than one website without purchasing an additional license

Each template purchase covers a single website. If you are a designer or agency using a template for a client project, you must purchase a new license for each client website.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. By submitting payment, you authorize us (or the applicable third-party checkout provider) to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.

5. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final.

Because templates are delivered digitally and are immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a transaction is complete. We encourage you to review all template previews, descriptions, and demo links carefully before purchasing.

If you have a genuine technical issue with your purchase (e.g., a file that cannot be accessed or downloaded), contact us within 7 days of purchase at the contact information below and we will work to resolve it.

For custom design or copywriting services, refund terms are governed by the separate project agreement or proposal signed at the outset of that engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to template designs, graphics, website copy, branding, photography, and the Soul Mission Studio name and logo — is the intellectual property of Xina Space LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it as described in Section 3. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our templates are designed for use on Squarespace, a third-party platform we have no affiliation with or control over. Your use of Squarespace is subject to Squarespace's own terms of service and pricing. We are not responsible for any changes Squarespace makes to its platform, features, or pricing that may affect how a template functions or displays.

We are also not responsible for the terms, fees, or policies of Etsy or Creative Market when purchases are made through those platforms.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Template design and website copy are tools — not guarantees. While we design with strategic intent and care, we make no representations or warranties that use of our products or services will result in any specific business outcome, revenue, client acquisition, or other result.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xina Space LLC and Soul Mission Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site or any product or service purchased through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
